not write on this envelope.
- Mail your secret ballot in to the larger provided envelope
with sufficient time for it to be received at 210 Locust Street, 6AW,
Philadelphia, PA 19106 no later than 3:00 PM on May 20th, 2008
- Failure to use Secret Ballot Envelope will void your
ballot.
